The Odraz conference 2010 is going to take place at Holiday Resort Štědronín. It is a resort with a capacity for lodging around 200 persons. There are rooms with two to six beds in the dormitories or cottages with five beds. In the dormitories a bathroom is shared by several rooms, the cottages have their own, as well as a little kitchen. In the main buldings there are four large rooms in which the programme will take place.
There is also a dining room wherein the participants can get full board. You will be able to choose in advance from vegetarian and several other courses. The dining room will also serve as one of the programme rooms. There is a small bar near the dining room, where you can buy some refreshments and drinks. It will be open for the whole duration of the event. The bar also includes a snooker table and a dartboard. Lodging will be arranged from 25 March 2010 afternoon until 28 March 2010 afternoon.
The amount of charge for the conference weekend will be confirmed when enrolling starts (1st January 2010).
The “Week in the Czech Republic” will take place from 23 March 2010 afternoon. There will be adequate lodging in Prague until 25 March afternoon, when the transfer Conference Weekend will start. During the week there will be no public catering arranged. The programme will include a sightseeing of Prague 24 March 2010 and a transfer to the Conference Weekend during 25 March 2010. This part of the conference is aimed especially at participants from abroad, who will have an opportunity to get to know the Czech Republic. LARP programme will be limited to one or two mini-LARP sessions in English (according to the participants' interest).
